Larry Cardon is a weight lifter extraordinaire, and is the current American and world record holder in bench press. He has set 13 world bench press records. He is a member of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association, the Virginia Beach Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.

For over 35 years Mr. Cardon has been representing clients in various areas of the law including personal injury, criminal defense, and traffic defense.

Mr. Cardon spends most of his time in the Virginia Beach General District Court, Virginia Beach Circuit Court, and Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court defending those who have been charged with crimes and offenses including speeding tickets, driving under the influence (driving while intoxicated), assault and battery, possession of marijuana, drug offenses, homicide, and sex offenses (including rape, sodomy, exposure, and soliciting over the computer).

Larry’s extracurricular interests include scuba diving and snow skiing.
