Richard W. Ratajczak was born in Lansing, Michigan on July 8, 1966. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University in 1989 and his J.D. from Syracuse University in 1992. Since 1994, he has been a lecturer in the field of Contract Law at Tidewater Community College. Rick Ratajczak is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Ratajczak travels to all cities and counties in the Hampton Roads area including Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Isle of Wight, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Northampton County. Rick Ratajczak regularly practices in the Chesapeake General District Court, Chesapeake Circuit Court, and the Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. Mr. Ratajczak focuses his practice to the areas of Personal Injury, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Criminal Law, and Immigration Law. His real estate practice includes the refinance and purchase of real property. His Immigration practice includes Naturalization, Fiancé Visa, and Family Sponsorships.
